SEAMAR FULLERTON HUDSON DESIGNS, INC
Brooks S. Fullerton, AIA who graduated from Kent State University with a degree in architecture in 1972 heads the design team. He has worked in the Charleston area as both a registered building contractor and architect for over twenty years. He is a member of both the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

In 1984 Charles L. Hudson, Jr. AIA, NOMA joined Brooks' earlier firm, Fullerton Associates, after obtaining a degree in architectural engineering. In 2000 Charles received a degree in Education from Southern Illinois University. In the same year he was highlighted in the Charleston Regional Business Journal as a "40 under 40" winner. He is active in the community and is a speaker for Career Days in area schools and is involved with the Boys and Girls Clubs and Operation: Understanding Charleston. Hudson is also a member of the AIA and the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA).

SEAMAR CONSTRUCTION GROUP, INC.
Richard J. (Richie) Faenza comes from a family of builders in New Jersey. Richie graduated from Newark College of Engineering with a degree in Civil Engineering and holds both a professional engineering license and architect's license. In 1983 he founded Seamar, Inc. with his late father-in-law. In 1986 Richie and Brooks merged their respective firms into Seamar Fullerton. Joining forces has been a successful union since they complement each other's talents. Richie is out 'in the field' every day overseeing the construction of each home and assuring that only the finest quality materials and the most skilled craftsmen are involved with each project. Richie heads up a staff of project managers whose longtime association with Seamar is a bonus for clients. Homeowners develop a strong bond with the project manager and know that in the future they can rely upon the project manager to answer any questions they may have concerning their home.

Steve Parham is a native of Tennessee. He moved to the Charleston area in 1977 after following a family tradition of custom cabinet making and homebuilding. Steve continued his construction career in Charleston by installing structural steel. Transferring that knowledge into the residential market in the early 80's, Steve followed his hands-on tradition in every phase of the construction process by operating his own construction company until 1994 when he joined the Seamar Construction Group team.

Steve's brother Joel Parham, like his brother hails from Tennessee and has always been involved with the construction industry. Joel likes building custom homes because of the special relationship with the client and the personal satisfaction in providing clients with their dream home. Joel also oversees repair and renovation work, as well as handling new construction. Both Joel and Steve are active in their church and take part in an elaborate Passion Play presentation each year.

Carroll Areheart is also a part of the Seamar Construction Group team. He also hails from an extended history in the construction industry. His skills and attention to the details further strengthens our construction team. We are proud to call him a part of our Seamar family.
